Hello! My husband and I had a baby a few months ago and ended up buying a house to have more space for our family to grow. We have loved this apartment as it has beautiful mountain views, vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, an awesome maintenance and management staff, a beautiful pool, gym and clubhouse, friendly neighbors, and more. We are sad to leave the community as it has been the best apartment complex we’ve lived in. This floor plan rents for about $1900-3100 (the low number is for a 1st floor apt with no views). This specific apartment would be likely to rent for the high end of the range because it is on the third floor, it has some of the best views in the complex, and it is a highly demanded floor plan currently unavailable for a new lease. You would be saving a lot of money if you did this lease takeover instead of a new lease as our rent is only $1878. We were lucky to secure a very low rent because we signed our lease before the complex construction was finished. A few months ago when there were some B2 floor plans available, we asked how much a third floor (third floors are at least 100 dollars more expensive) with no views was being rented for, and the leasing office said $2350, but feel free to check us on that! If you have pets, you would save even more doing this takeover. We paid a non-refundable fee of $250 upon move-in, separate from the pet deposit and monthly rent. If you have one or two pets, you will not have to pay that non-refundable fee, since we already paid for it and it would transfer to you. We are the only ones who have lived in this apartment. Before this, we lived 3.5 years in another complex, and when we moved out they couldn’t believe we had been there that long with pets since it was completely clean and taken care of (we are very anal about it). -Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room -We have not allowed shoes inside the apartment ever, so floors are very clean and have kept this place very clean in general. The apartment will be completely clean upon move-out, and any walls with screw holes will be filled and painted. -Vaulted ceilings in kitchen nook and both bedrooms only available in 3rd floor units -Lots of storage space in closets and cabinets. -There are no current damages to the apartment so we expect the deposit to be refunded at the end of the lease term.
